Tia Maria Hotel Sunny Beach, Sunny Beach

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and offers clean and basic rooms. While the chambermaids can be noisy in the mornings, the overall service is professional and friendly. The dining options are limited but may improve during high season. The facilities are decent for the price paid.

The hotel is situated close to the beach and not far from the lively strip, offering convenience without the noise. The service was swift but lacking in uniformity and courtesy in certain interactions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, with a lovely balcony feature and clean rooms. However, there were some maintenance issues with spots on the carpet and fungus in the bathroom, which made my stay less comfortable. The heat in the room also made it difficult to sleep at times.

The room was spacious and excellent value for the low season price we paid, but there were some cleanliness issues like fungus in the bathroom and unwashed spots on towels and blankets.
